GoodCall’s Impact Report for 2022/23 is out now!

GoodCall Mobile CIC is happy to announce the arrival of our latest Impact Report for 2022/2023!

The past year saw progressing development for GoodCall; we’ve supported more than 100 non-profit organisations, expanded our team, and most importantly, have received positive results from our Impact Survey. A total of 32 organisations participated in the survey, and we truly appreciate their contributions.

GoodCall exists to reduce the digital inequality of the non-profit sector, and this impact report represents our efforts to achieving the dream of a sector that is digitally inclusive, where so many, like staff, volunteers and end service users can use mobile technology to their fullest advantage that ultimately benefits them and the communities they serve.

Here’s just some of the highlights that we’ve seen from the results:

  • 88% of respondents felt satisfied with GoodCall’s contract recommendation
  • 94% of respondents felt satisfied with the ongoing support provided by GoodCall
  • 78% of respondents saw positive impact on service delivery/community of interest
