Elaine Gray
Customer Care Manager

Elaine strongly believes in exceeding customer expectations to provide an accurate and dependable service. Elaine has worked in the Health & Fitness and Hospitality Industry within sales, marketing and customer service to provide quality relationships, solutions and experience for all customers.

Elaine is passionate to be a part of the GoodCall team. She hopes to build lasting relationships with charities and small businesses around the UK with the aim of helping to increase vital funding so they can build upon their fundamental work within their local communities.

Sally Melville
Marketing Co-ordinator

Sally is passionate about data-driven solutions in the third sector and how creative marketing can be used for social good. Sally loves all things marketing and is responsible for sharing the GoodCall story, building our brand and raising the profile of charities and social enterprises we are proud to call clients.

Sally believes in GoodCall’s mission and hopes it will promote sustainable growth for smaller grass-roots organisations – helping them do more vital work in their communities.

Colin Loveday

Colin is passionate about mobile telecommunications and how it can enable the charity and social enterprise sector to deliver real change.  He believes in customer focused solutions and doing the right thing. He has collaborated with many charities throughout his career and following a partnership with Cyrenians, he recognised the need and saw an opportunity to work on behalf of non-profits to deliver mobile solutions. GoodCall was born.

With the support of major network providers and a great team, Colin believes the time is right to provide a dedicated solution to support the charity and social enterprise sector having built successful working relationships with charities throughout the UK.

Caroline McKenna

Following a long career in financial services, Caroline moved to the charity sector. Caroline has extensive skills and understanding of the Social Good arena and is an award- winning CEO, Community Woman of the Year on a mission to create a world where people care and are inspired to create a positive social impact.

Caroline runs her own Social Enterprise, Social Good Connect – through the creation of a search and match digital platform they make it easy for employees to find volunteering opportunities enabling them to make a positive impact in the world.

Caroline works on the boards of three not-for-profit organisations, Good Call, U-evolve and the Dundee University, School of Business Advisory Board.

She is passionate about her work at Goodcall stating ‘ I am excited for the charities and social enterprises who will save thousands on their mobile communications, its just a no brainer and I cant wait to see how that money will be used to enable them to achieve their charitable aims”

Martin Little

Martin has been working in the telecommunications sector for over 25 years, having worked for large companies such as BT and O2 he set up his own telecoms business, LPL Telecom, in 2006. While mobile has always been a key element of his portfolio, he has a good working knowledge of a wide range of telecom services.

Martin has worked with many third sector clients in the past and believes they deserve a more focused approach to allow them the space to work on their own priorities.
